The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for planning and supervising the dining arrangements at the hotel. The Food & Beverage Supervisor assists in overseeing the food and beverage operations to provide good quality service, food and beverage presentation and guest experience.
**Must be able to work all shifts including: 2nd, 3rd, weekends, and holidays
Education & Experience:
High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate, some college. At least 5 years’ experience in F&B industry and at least two years’ experience in a supervisory capacity. Micros and Delphi knowledge useful. Must have good understanding of the English language. Good verbal and written communication skills. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor. Compute basic arithmetic.
** Minimum 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.**
Computer Skills: Computer skills required. Familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred. Experience with hotel systems such as MICROS is required.
Certificates & Licenses: Certificates/licenses in order to meet all compliance standards required.
Other Requirements: Extensive Knowledge of Food & Beverage Operations within a hotel environment, including all laws and regulations related to these operations. The capacity to create and execute innovative strategies that will drive the hotel to exceed guest satisfaction and revenues.
