Crestline Hotels & Resorts, LLC is currently on the hunt for a Complex Director of Revenue Management. The ultimate mission of this role will be to optimize transient and group room revenue by developing and implementing effective inventory management and pricing strategies for the Hilton Atlanta Northeast and Marriott Peachtree Corners.
This is a phenomenal opportunity to drive results for two newly renovated hotels in Metro Atlanta/Gwinnett County.

Key Accountabilities for this position will be:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college in a related field plus at least 2 years of related experience; or high school diploma or GED plus 4 years of related experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the above knowledge, skills and abilities.
Knowledge of hospitality sales, marketing and other revenue management functions to include research, planning, market positioning, market segments, internal marketing, distribution channels, sales management, reservations and yield management.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organization skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Proficient at statistical and competitive analysis.
Individual with high energy and a positive attitude is a must. Must be guest service and team oriented.
Strong interpersonal skills and possession of a full understanding of professional business ethics, decorum and social skills.
Ability to effectively analyze and use operational, financial, and marketing data to maintain and improve market share/penetration goals.
