Crestline Hotels & Resorts, LLC is currently on the hunt for a Complex Director of Revenue Management. The ultimate mission of this role will be to optimize transient and group room revenue by developing and implementing effective inventory management and pricing strategies for the Hilton Atlanta Northeast and Marriott Peachtree Corners.

This is a phenomenal opportunity to drive results for two newly renovated hotels in Metro Atlanta/Gwinnett County.

Key Accountabilities for this position will be:

  • Complete short and long term forecasts; analyze trends in group inventories & rates to include occupancy, goals, product line and strategic sales goals.
  • Analyze and monitor marketing channels, key and other account production. Ensure that all major channels of distribution ' Internet, GDS, CRO, Wholesale ' effectively support the hotel and maintain rate parity.
  • Conduct a weekly Revenue Management Meeting where the current booking period is evaluated for proper rate and availability control.
  • Update all channels of distribution as needed with rate or inventory restrictions.
  • Evaluate all group bookings and provide qualified analysis of how each booking will impact occupancy, average rate and rooms profit over the dates in question.
  • Establish appropriate goals and benchmarks in order to effectively measure performance.
  • Monitor and analyze the competition weekly through competitive shops, internet, news reports to identify selling strategies and emerging trends.
  • Utilize Hotelligence report to identify new potential accounts for the hotel.
  • Explore and provide variations in the market mix which would stimulate additional revenue without increasing costs.


Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college in a related field plus at least 2 years of related experience; or high school diploma or GED plus 4 years of related experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the above knowledge, skills and abilities.


Knowledge of hospitality sales, marketing and other revenue management functions to include research, planning, market positioning, market segments, internal marketing, distribution channels, sales management, reservations and yield management.


Excellent oral and written communication skills.


Excellent organization skills.


Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.


Proficient at statistical and competitive analysis.


Individual with high energy and a positive attitude is a must. Must be guest service and team oriented.


Strong interpersonal skills and possession of a full understanding of professional business ethics, decorum and social skills.


Ability to effectively analyze and use operational, financial, and marketing data to maintain and improve market share/penetration goals.


Prefer candidate with:

  • Hotel Revenue Management brand experiences to include Hilton and/or Marriott systems.
  • Experience with Marriott and/or Hilton property management system.
