The Banquet Server is responsible for preparing for and serving guests during banquet functions in accordance with hotel standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, sanitation and warm hospitality. The Banquet Server must have flexible availability and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The Banquet Server must be able to carry serving trays, and work on feet for an 8 hour shift.
